This is me racing at Hyland Hills - it's flat as a pancake. And I got this angulated. That's like World Cup low. I still can't believe I got THIS low.

And for the record, I beat everyone by half a second... on a flat 16 second hill (me-15.53. nearest person - 16.04 HOORAH)

Look at me! I'm sooooooooo low!!

Thanks to my dad for taking this for me.

I like them a lot. Except I actually broke those poles. Both of them.

I was at state (for minnesota) and we were practicing on the race hill the night before the meet. It was really cold - like -15˚F. Without windchill. But on my third run down, I hit a gate. Bam. Pole broke. Then, three or four runs later, bam. My other pole broke. And I was pissed... I just yelled "F*CKKKKKK ME." But luckily they had a ski shop where I bought some Scott poles with the same length.

I still have the broken tops in my room :D
